17 April 2013 Half Court Shots

I’ve already mentioned I’m a big fan of side projects, and today I’m pretty effing excited to launch my next one. Every now and then you need to take a half court shot and I’m really hoping this one goes in.

It’s called the Beerend, it’s like a bookend for your beer.

And I’m turning to crowd-funding to raise the money I need to start manufacturing.

    @ Anonymous – Sure, but I prefer something that fits other sized bottles and doesn't take up room when not in use. But not intended to please everyone.

    So now that it seems inevitable that you won't reach your funding, what will you do?

    A) Back yourself, contribute the shortfall and continue with your endeavour?

    or

    B) Give up because not enough other people paid for you to try be an entrepreneur?

    Good question. Received some very solid feedback over the last few weeks, so will take that on board and try again. With or without crowdfunding, response was positive, just needs a few tweaks in execution.
